Resell Empire sells digital products only. Our products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Product Delivery

Once your order has been successfully completed, your digital products (including vendor information and other purchased digital content) will be delivered to the email address entered at checkout.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible, it cannot be returned.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• No longer needing the product
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Incompatibility with your personal preferences or expectations

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Because our products are delivered digitally, processing begins immediately after purchase.

Incorrect Email Address

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we are able to verify your purchase, we will resend your digital products to the correct email address.

This is the only circumstance under which changes to delivery can be made.
